Six Individual and Two Team Qualifiers for The National Championships
On Sunday 15th January and after a very long journey to Jumpers Rebound in Gillingham, Kent, our British Schools Gymnastics Association South West Trampoline qualifiers competed for a place at the British Schools National Championships. They did their schools and BTA proud with 2 teams qualifying and an amazing 6 individual qualifiers. With nearly 500 competitors and some of these classes having up to 57 competitors in them, we really are thrilled with the results.

To their delight the following students qualified as individuals:
Fleur Honeywell - 2nd Novice Girls - Hayesfield School
Mali Jones - 3rd Novice Girls - Hayesfield School
Emily Bendry - 3rd Intermediate Girls - Hayesfield School
Amelia Korner Davies - 4th Intermediate Girls - Hayesfield School
Lucas Briffet - 5th Intermediate Boys - Oldfield School
Jacob Tucker - 5th Novice Boys - St Vigor and St John Primary School
The following 2 teams from Haysfield School also qualified:
Team C - Years 7-8 Girls Novice - Fleur Honeywell, Hattie Stone, Orlagh Curran, Phoebe Lewis
Team A - Years 7-9 Girls Intermediate Team A - EmilyBendry, Ruby Favager, Ella Johnston Gunn, Amelia Korner Davies
So all these students have qualified for the British Schools National Championships which are on Saturday 18th March 2023 at Benham Arena, Northampton, NN3 6LL
